Happening Night

Our group decided to be happening for once and go hang out at a pub after work one night. This is because they are leaving this place soon, if they don't do it now, they will not have a time to do it here anymore.

Anyway, they went to this pub called Cous Cous. It's a nice and cosy pub cum mediterranean food. It's a nice chill out place though I don't really like drafts nor wine but it's the only 2 things they sell here besides beer. Other than that, the wine is pretty cheap, at USD5 per glass, so it's SGD7.50.

The Case of the Injured Goddess

Date: July 12, 2007
Location: Potomac Mills
Case Brief: Goddess vomitted blood today as she spent to close to USD200 in one shot. There was a big hole found in her pocket.

The place where its remembered most by the Singaporeans - that's why most of them headed for this place for lunch

The failed AE spree - this is because the billing information was apparently incorrect, and even though Goddess tried to email and call them repeatedly for 3 whole days, they were incontactable until today where the staffa at the AE shop helped her make the phone call. But by then, she was told that her orders can't make it in time before she leaves for NY, so she had to cancel the orders and make do with whatever things she can find there.

Blue Ridge Mountain

Last Monday on July 2, a whole group of 12 people went on a road trip to Blue Ridge Mountain.

The mountain is called Blue Ridge as it has many ridges and when shined against the blue sky, the ridges seemed to be blue in colour, and hence its name. The scenary there is beautiful and there were many trails for hikers to take.

Sidewalk Art Contest

King's Dominion organised a Sidewalk Art Contest on the 6th July. The horny devil and my Goddess decided to go have fun and take part in it since they get to have a free $5 Oscar voucher anyway. What they have to do is to draw something related to KD on the sidewalk using chalk.

Unfortunately, none of them won any prize for the contest. However, my Goddess had an honorable mention on the 'Dominion Opinion'!

It was an enjoyable and interesting experience nevertheless. This was the first and probably the last time the both are them are going to draw on the sidewalk!

Happy Independence Day

Today, or should I say yesterday was Independence Day, and my Goddess had the honour to celebrate this special day by viewing the fireworks celebrations at King's Dominion. The fireworks were magnificent - the pictures and videos are doing injustice to this beautiful night.
